Clare Liardet and Joanna Weinberg of Kitchen Table Cookery school will magic up refreshing, no-fuss ideas for a delicious and inspiring evening of summer cooking.
Alongside, Vintner’s Cup winning sommelier Richard Hamblin will introduce and match characterful, independently produced wines from his new Frome-based wine venture, More Wine.
Kitchen Table Cookery was born out of a belief that everyone can cook – and more importantly – eat delicious, exciting food every day. Summer to us is the season when you want to spend as little time as possible in the kitchen and more time drinking rose in the sun with friends and family. Our mission is to deliver an array of tricks and treats to make that a reality, from our secret gazpacho to the best way of transforming disappointing tomatoes.
Richard Hamblin, wine lover, sommelier and winner of the prestigious Vintners Cup has recently set up More Wine, a small independent wine merchant based in Frome. His focus is on introducing diverse and interesting wines, with a minimum of fuss and no pretence.
