Studio members Motherlode Media are completing a digital marketing campaign for the 50th anniversary of The Beatles Yellow Submarine which is being screened around the globe.
The project spans a global campaign including theatrical trailers, a website build incorporating a ticketing interface, and produced content for a three-month rollout across The Beatles official social media channels.
On behalf of Apple Corps, they worked with Picture House cinemas in the UK and Abramorama in the US marketing the film’s 50th-anniversary return to the big screen. They also worked with Universal Music to support the soundtrack and merchandise programme.
An icon of psychedelic pop culture, Yellow Submarine is a colourful musical spectacle and an exhilaratingly joyful cinematic experience for all ages – filled with visual invention, optical illusions, wordplay and glorious music.
