Join calligrapher and designer, Danielle Barnes for a relaxing morning at the stunning The Glove Factory Studios, Holt. In this Modern Calligraphy Workshop you will learn all the skills you need to create beautiful cards and gift tags for your favourite people.

This a beginners course so if you’ve never picked up a calligraphy pen before, don’t worry, Danielle will have you covered! You will learn all the essentials of modern calligraphy with a pointed pen – Danielle will teach you how to use the pen and calligraphy ink, how to create letter forms and then move onto shaping words and phrases.

The process of modern calligraphy requires a slow pace so this will give you a chance to make time for yourself and get your creativity on! Danielle’s workshops are kept relatively small so there will be plenty of time for one-to-one guidance and feedback.
