The inimitable Simon Tyler returns, in his near resident spot, for our December edition of Rooster Talks to talk confidence.
Simon has spent the past year working with business executives and teams on how essential confidence is to performance, and explaining how it can undermine peak performance across your business.
His focus remains on attitude and impact, of which both are rooted in simplicity, and he has helped many discover the confidence they already had. This may have been hidden behind hopes and beliefs, unhelpful stories and odd experiences or even wonky mind-sets!
Expect to be involved in sensitively challenging tasks which aim to increase those confidence levels, whilst enjoying fresh coffee and croissants.
