We have 40 studios spanning approximately 10,000 sq ft over three floors.

Workspaces are bright and generous and range from 100 to 600 sq ft, accommodating single desks and studio shares through to private offices for teams of up to twelve.

Ground floor studios open onto a garden courtyard with sculptures, all-weather furniture, olive trees and galvanised planters for herbs and espaliered apple and pear trees.

The first and second floors also offer private lockable workspaces, alongside a coworking studio. Several studios open onto a shared balcony overlooking our two lakes; home to Glove Dippers – a  members-only wild-swimming club.

All the studios are within our gated premises with private car parking, bike racks, a managed reception and Wild Herb at The Field Kitchen, our onsite café open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 4pm.

There are meeting rooms for hire as well as more informal break-out spaces. We hold regular business networking events and cultural events.

The original building has oak floors, bath-stone walls, reclaimed roof tiles and cast iron gutters. The more recent extension complements the industrial look and feel of the original building with metal, timber and stone finishes.

Studio services include…  Ultrafast broadband, utilities (excluding electric), secured alarmed studios, 24hr CCTV security, building insurance, public liability, cleaning of communal areas, hygiene services, waste management, landscaping and grounds maintenance.

And, of course, the inclusion of your company on our website and promotion on our social media channels.

Additional services include… VOIP phones, meeting room hire, printing/photocopying and company signage.

Surrounded by acres of beautiful Wiltshire countryside, the studios are perfectly positioned if you like to start your day with a run. We’re also dog-friendly, so no need to leave the hound at home!
