What does Innovation mean to you? It can be hard to define as it means different things to different people – new products and services, new technology, patents, R&D and new markets to name but a few.
In February’s Rooster Talk, Sinclair Brown, from the Innovate 2 Succeed programme, will provide an overview of the latest innovation tools, resources and activities. He’ll explore ways for SME businesses to move on from business as usual, differentiate their business from competitors and commercialise their ideas.
The session will explore:
- The challenges of innovation
- How to structure your innovation strategy and processes to create more value
- Addressing the barriers to innovation – tools and models
- Resources to support SMEs to find new partners or develop their innovation
We’ll also hear from various guests invited along to share their innovation experiences and expertise.
Sinclair Brown is an Innovation Specialist with Business West and has supported over 80 business across the South West with strategic business, innovation and coaching advice.
Join us for February’s Rooster Talk. Free admission with coffee and croissants from The Field Kitchen.
