Food has always been important to us. It provides the chance to pause, nourish body and soul, and connect with like-minded folk.
We believe the best work doesn’t always happen at your desk. Inspiration often strikes during a chance chat in the courtyard, a conversation over lunch, or on a dog walk with a takeaway coffee in hand.
Wild Herb at The Field Kitchen sits beside a fire pit, overlooking lakes and fields, providing a space to fuel your creativity, catch up with clients, nourish the family or enjoy downtime with friends.

From sumptuous sharing plates to delicious dishes showcasing seasonal hero ingredients, this is chance to catch up and connect. Gather around flickering fire pits as the sun sets over the lakes and relax with a drink, or chat at a table with friends.

Last week, @glovefactorystudios hosted a fascinating evening with miniaturists @mulvanyandrogers, who shared the story behind their extraordinary body of work.
After the talk, guests were treated to a private viewing of Mulvany & Rogers’ breathtaking one-twelfth scale recreation of Leighton House. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are nothing short of remarkable.
From 15 July, this extraordinary miniature will be on display for one week only at @leightonsambournemuseums as part of Leighton House’s 100th anniversary celebrations. If you’re planning a trip to London, we highly recommend booking one of the museum’s limited private tours for a rare opportunity to see this beautiful work of art displayed within the house’s iconic interiors.
A huge thank you to @glovefactorystudios and @mulvanyandrogers for such an inspiring evening. We hope everyone enjoyed our welcome canapés.
A weekend for cooling icy drinks and delicious pastries.
This week’s pesto pangrattato and blueberry lemon Danish, baked fresh for us by @panobakehouse are especially good. Pop by while they’re still on the counter.
The impeccable Joe & Chloe @glovefactorystudios serving burgers at the studios annual summer BBQ. A scorching afternoon in the courtyard where we created stacked burgers with meat from @rubyandwhite or portobello mushrooms, homemade courgette pickles, heritage tomatoes and mature cheddar, with crunchy slaw and salad. Juicy, sizzling and flavourfully fresh, leaving empty plates and sunny smiles all round.
Blue skies and a summer bouquet from @little.rituals.flowers to brighten our tables.
🍴 Isle of Wight tomato & mozzarella salad with rocket & fennel, cucumber, pickles, basil, shallot dressing & sourdough
🥄 Lamb keema curry with rice, garlic yoghurt, pico de gallo & coriander
Enjoying the sunshine with blooming peony poppies and our chicken & bacon Caesar open sourdough sandwich.
