From sumptuous sharing plates to delicious dishes showcasing seasonal hero ingredients, this is chance to catch up and connect. Gather around flickering fire pits as the sun sets over the lakes and relax with a drink, or chat at a table with friends.

The @nationaltrust gardens @gchalfield are just an amble across the fields from @glovefactorystudios. Autumn has swept through the borders and they are glowing with seasonal colour. Itβs a beautiful time to visit, seek out a quiet perch to enjoy @wildherbatthefieldkitchen snacks and soak up the magic of October.
Be sure to venture to @gchalfield before the gardens close for winter at the end of month (open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 11am - 5pm and Sunday 1-5pm).

A soul-warming bowl of chickpea, red lentil and harissa stew, with sourdough for soaking up the rustic flavour. Best enjoyed under the sky.
