Join Black Swan Sauna and Wild Herb at The Field Kitchen for a relaxing summer evening combining a sauna experience followed by a delicious picnic-style meal beside the lakes.
Begin with a 55-minute wood-fired sauna session overlooking the lake, complete with cooling plunge pools and beautiful countryside views. Afterwards, settle onto a picnic blanket and enjoy a freshly prepared meal on the grass while taking in the peaceful surroundings. With only 6 spaces available per sauna session, this is an intimate and unique way to spend a summer evening.

Main Course Options
Option 1: Grilled Chicken with Oregano & Lemon. Served with a Greek salad (can be adapted to be dairy-free and gluten-free).
Option 2: Goat’s Cheese Filo Parcel. Served with a seasonal salad.
Dessert Options
Option 1: Orange, Almond & Polenta Cake. Served with berries (gluten-free and dairy-free).
Option 2: Eton Mess
Important Information:
If demand is high and the initial sessions sell quickly, we may open an additional early session with a 4:00pm sauna and 5:00pm picnic. If you would be interested in this earlier time slot, please let us know before booking.
Following your booking, we will be in touch nearer the time to confirm your main course and dessert selections, as well as any dietary requirements or allergies, to ensure your meal can be prepared accordingly.
Please note: Due to the food preparation and event planning involved, tickets for this event are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to a friend or family member. Alternatively, you are welcome to offer your space to another member through our Sauna Community WhatsApp group.
