Join us in The Wool Shed with the wonderfully talented trio, Bryony, Paul, and Joe from Movement Meet. This 90min workshop lead by the trio, will guide you through handstands and calisthenic movements that focus on building strength and flexibility giving you the potential to improve bone density and avoid osteoporosis.
All levels are welcome.
Come to try something different, be challenged, and have lots of fun in the process. Stay around afterwards to enjoy coffee or a bite to eat at Wild Herb at The Field Kitchen.
