Join Anna Caldwell for a rejuvenating yoga session beside the lakes. Anna is an experienced yoga teacher, passionate about using traditional yoga practises to build a healthy body and mind. Whether you are a beginner or have practised a lot of yoga before, these sessions will be perfect for anyone looking to stretch, strengthen and find balance.
You will be grounding yourselves in nature, working with breathwork practices and supporting your bodies with an asana flow (yoga postures) that increase flexibility and strength. What better way to take a break to refocus your mind and be able to return to your desk refreshed.
