Only one day to go until our Dip & Brunch event in support of @wwf_uk BRAVE THE CHILL December challenge 🥶

@wwf_uk encourages everyone to get outside and experience nature and this December is focussing on Brave The Chill as an incentive to spend a few minutes immersed in colder waters 💦

@helenwebster_swimcoaching @claretraxler, @kay.elizabeth.skinner will guide you through a safe cold-water dip @glovedippers followed by a warm-up session before returning to the Club Room for a well-deserved delicious brunch prepared by the talented chefs at @wildherbatthefieldkitchen ☕️🥐
