But seriously, what does it mean to be a Modern Man? Is he savage or gentlemanly, hunter or philosopher, hard-labourer or technophile? And what do women need to do to live in harmony alongside this all-fits-one persona?

Ryan’s years of studying psychology and valuable experience with the Police before completing a leadership development programme, led him to founding Always Better Than Yesterday. Ryan delivers heart-centred coaching and workshops for companies and individuals, leaving them better than they were yesterday and well-equipped to take-on tomorrow.
