Join us for a Spring Fire & Feast to savour the very best seasonal hero ingredients in this 3-course feast cooked over the coals.

This is a moment to come together at long tables set out in the canopy beside the fire pit, to celebrate the best of Spring’s seasonal produce creatively prepared by the talented chefs at Wild Herb at The Field Kitchen.

If you’ve never experienced a Fire & Feast night before then you are in for a treat!

The centre of the table will begin to disappear under a growing collection of starter dishes to dip into. When you’ve eaten them empty, they’re whisked away and sharing platters of the main dish will require your full attention. If you have room for dessert – and you will want to save space for this finale – you’ll experience the ending to all sweet endings with something so delicate and indulgent that you’ll need to hail a cab and escape to dream about it all over again!

Fire & Feast nights begin at 7pm with a welcome drink while the fire pit burns brightly. Join fellow guests under the canopy overlooking the fields and lakes.

You can book up to 8 places. If you’d like to order separately, but be seated with friends or family, let us know the details when you book.
