At a sold out HBN Business breakfast on the first Friday of February, Kendra Futcher spoke about why words matter and how, when working with her clients she begins by asking them 3 things: what is their passion; what are they good at; and what does the world need that they can bring to it? Therein unveiling great and unexpected words that communicate their business message.

This year our HBN breakfasts will be available on Glove Factory Studios’ YouTube Channel as a resource centre for those unable to attend, anyone who would like to listen to a talk again and to bring the talks to a wider audience. Over time we will have a collection of inspiring and informative talks to view at the click of a button.
