Break up the week and unwind in a rejuvenating after work Pilates class led by experienced APPI (Australian Physio-Therapy and Pilates Institute) certified instructor Kay Skinner.
All abilities and experience welcome! This class is perfect for all levels and is designed to help you relax, stretch, and strengthen your body, leaving you feeling restored and energised. Kay will guide you through a total body workout and will push you to strengthen your body while focussing on improving your alignment, core stability and control; enhancing your posture, flexibility and balance.
Sessions will occasionally feature the use of small equipment (all included and provided for), ensuring plenty of variety and fun! Whether you’re a complete beginner, struggling with back pain, post-natal, wanting to generally strengthen and tone, or are a seasoned pro, this session is for you.
You can book a drop-in session or a block of 6 sessions, simply email Kay who will confirm details and take your payment.
