Mette has completed the brand identity and office redesign for Chester Student Lets, a rapidly growing lettings agency in the heart of Chester’s thriving university life.
Mette developed the brand and creative direction to include a number of brand assets, along with a creative direction document as a foundation for ongoing art direction, website, marketing, copywriting, content, promo items, signage, display and office interior.
The creative direction document was circulated among a number of professionals across web, SEO, photography and more, with Mette focusing on the creative direction of the Chester Student Lets website, designed and developed by DotLabel, and the successful redesign and refurbishment of the city centre office.
Mette is now developing a series of interior design schemes for rollout in new and refurbed properties across the 120-strong Chester Student Lets property portfolio.
The brand logo, the ‘social butterfly’, is formed of a mapmarker which casts the shadow of a heart, and in turn creates the butterfly. This versatile symbol fuses location, change, carefree movement and social activity – everything that adds colour to the greater university experience.
This element in particular ensures all of the varied communication methods are clearly identifiable as Chester Student Lets.
