Join PT and fitness instructor Matt Estilo in The Wool Shed for a Mobility, Flow, and Stability workshop.
Matt Estilo will guide a workshop in The Wool Shed using Stick Mobility training sticks to improve flexibility, joint mobility, and movement control, helping you move more freely and reduce stiffness.
Stick Mobility Training Sticks are engineered to flex under tension, giving you a secure non-slip grip, and helping you access positions you can’t reach on your own. They’re the best Training Sticks to increase your range of motion, prevent injuries, and improve balance and posture.
All levels welcome.
Come and try something different and have fun while you’re at it. You need bring nothing but your gym wear and a water bottle.
Why not stay around afterwards and enjoy coffee or a bite to eat at Wild Herb at The Field Kitchen open 10am to 4pm.
