Kendra Futcher joins us in the Club Room to talk about Keeping it Real, The value of authenticity in an increasingly engineered world.
What we say and how we say it has never been more important. In a world of fake news, high-gloss influencers and brand me culture, the power of genuine and believable communication has never been more vital.
Kendra Futcher is a writer and thinker who helps brands tell their story in a delightful and distinctive way.
A born linguist, after studying Italian and Art History, Kendra found her way into the design industry, a serendipitous accident that unexpectedly combined all of her favourite things: people, ideas, creativity, communication and dogs at work. Kendra built up strategy and copywriting expertise whilst working at several respected London design studios and realised that combining what you love with what you’re good at is key to great work and a happy life.
Kendra now works with start-ups looking to define what they stand for and businesses looking to change direction or refresh their brand. Acting as an extension to bigger teams, Kendra regularly collaborate with agencies, designers, strategists and clients, and relish being part of a wider project team.
We look forward to welcoming in the Club Room at Glove Factory Studios to hear more from Kendra.
Wild Herb at The Field Kitchen will prepare light breakfast platters, teas and coffees on arrival.
This event is FREE however you can book your place at Eventbrite.
